Wouldn’t be easier to stop the cooking process after blanching, just to drop the whole thing in a bowl with ice cold water? Since they’ll have to be drained well after this anyway🤗 But overall, a nice and straightforward recipe👍🏻 I keep any of my starchy foods after cooking like 24hrs in the fridge anyway, to have less of a carbs problem.

I tried it, the cake became sweet and nice but the caramel was so bitter that couldn't eat, you should have explained little more in detail, the cream which you used in the caramel that was not mentioned I used the fresh cream, overall the cake was nice but the caramel didn't taste good
